As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist based in San Diego, I bring a unique perspective to my practice through culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. My approach is deeply rooted in Narrative Therapy, which empowers you to reclaim and reshape your personal story.

Session Details

When

Weekday appointments available, including some evening slots to accommodate busy schedules. Sessions typically last 50 minutes and occur weekly or biweekly.

Where

Currently offering secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth sessions. In-person appointments in my San Diego office will be available starting September 1st, 2023.

Fees & Insurance

I offer private pay options with a sliding scale for those facing financial hardship. I accept some insurances which are listed on my​ Psychology Today profile.​
